I'm working with an iconic brand to find a Customer Supply Manager to join their team, initially for a FTC until January 2025! Responsible for leading the Customer Supply team, the Customer Supply Manager will ensure customer service targets are met by collaborating with customers, logistics, account managers, demand planning and production!

The ideal candidate must have:
- Commercial experience working within the FMCG market
- Forecasting and Data Analysis Skills
- End to end knowledge of Supply Chain
- Experienced in building a Customer Contact strategy and customer measures
- Ability to manage a team and key stakeholders
- Strong communication, influencing skills, the ability to manage change and problem-solve
Main accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Lead a team and drive internal and external collaboration.
- Align short-term forecasting and pro-actively plan for future volume.
- Achieve KPI's.
