Hairburst produces premium hair care and strengthening products including shampoos, vitamins, accessories, and growth and volume serums. The digitally native brand is hugely popular with millennials and Gen Z consumers with its Instagram handle boasting over 1.5 million followers. It has a strong online customer base across the UK, France, Italy, US, MENA and SE Asia and is fast growing within major beauty retailers such as Lookfantastic, Sephora, Holland & Barrett, Boots and Superdrug.

This is a fantastic role where you will gain exposure to a nationally and internationally growing business!

You will be involved with:

  • Responding to inbound customer and client calls, Emails and Secure Messages via different social platforms including Amazon
  • Speaking with customer and clients to assist them over the phone with any order enquires or product questions
  • Updating notes on customer and client's accounts on our admin portal
  • Assisting customer and clients with card orders or re-orders
  • Taking ownership of any customer and client issues to resolution including returns, chargebacks etc.

Skills Required

  • Fluent English and Italian (written and verbal)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
  • Ability to learn new skills and systems
  • Mac/ PC Literacy
  • Ideally have experience in Shopify but not essential
  • Potential of translations for social content and website
  • Essential previous CS Experience
  • Dealing with logistics and monitoring status of their orders for Italy
  • Responding to reviews
