My client is a popular Direct to Consumer brand based in Manchester City Centre, a company that has over 500 incredible people, sometimes in their amazing office based in the ideal location of Manchester City Centre and sometimes at home (they offer 50/50 hybrid working)
- Build communication strategies that show customers high level CARE
- Partnering with channel teams to deliver the post-booking communication journey
- Working with third parties to deliver customer "perks"
- Reporting on NPS and surfacing opportunities to grow customer satisfaction
- Identifying points of friction for customers, working with the contact centre to improve customer experience
- Conducting customer research, including surveys and focus groups
- Organising campaign evaluation for key projects
