Customer Marketing Executive
Up to £30,000 - Manchester City Centre

You will:

  • Build communication strategies that show customers high level CARE
  • Partnering with channel teams to deliver the post-booking communication journey
  • Working with third parties to deliver customer "perks"
  • Reporting on NPS and surfacing opportunities to grow customer satisfaction
  • Identifying points of friction for customers, working with the contact centre to improve customer experience
  • Conducting customer research, including surveys and focus groups
  • Organising campaign evaluation for key projects
