Our well known client is looking for a CRM Manager / Customer engagement manager.
You will be working with Ecommerce, Creative and wider Marketing teams to ensure a well thought through and aligned CRM strategy.
You will be responsible for defining the email strategy and ensuring the delivery of a highly engaging email programme for the online part of the business. You'll be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of customer behaviour and customer lifecycles.
You will have full accountability from customer acquisition to retention and development of engagement.
You'll be comfortable using Marketing Technologies, ideally Aquia, Unica, Acoustic, Fresh Relevance and Google Analytics.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively at management level. You will ideally have lead a team, and will be happy growing one too.
