Working in a growing CRM team, this role is responsible for overseeing the CRM process, with an overall view to optimising CRM activity. You'll be looking for ways to maximise customer engagement, based on data, and briefing campaigns into hands-on teams. You'll have an abundance of resources including Data Analysts, Insight Executives and a team of Content Writers and more who'll be focusing on the delivery. This role is much more strategic in nature and you'll be looking at campaign performance, existing segments and the overall customer contact strategy.
Ideally, you'll have a strong background in working on large-scale CRM campaigns and have an understanding of data, analytics and the ability to translate that into actionable insight. This role is in a growing segment of a large business so you'll have plenty of exposure to senior stakeholders.
