Our client has a clear vision and is on a mission to help their customers with their fitness and wellbeing.

They are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to own the digital customer lifecycle and drive engagement, retention and LTV.

The role

  • Take ownership for the leads pipeline in Hubspot, understanding conversion through the funnel, recommending and executing strategies to improve this and reporting on performance

  • Understand and report on the Hubspot sales pipeline, recognising patterns and executing lead allocation accordingly

  • Design and execute CRM strategies and customer journeys to drive commercial value from our clients database - including prospect conversion, onboarding and customer retention

  • Use data and insight to design compelling customer journeys

  • Define key messages, propositions and workflow/campaign structures

  • Build campaigns using segmentation, dynamic content and personalization

  • Execute the operational design, build, deployment and delivery of multi-channel CRM programmes

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered to brief, on brand and to deadlines

  • Understand the effectiveness of CRM programmes against KPIs, creating actionable insight to optimise performance

  • Interpret and report on CRM performance, specifically open and click-through rates, churn reduction impact, sales conversion, revenue & LTV

  • Design and implement a comprehensive test and learn programme, fully utilising the CRM platform capability (Hubspot) to identify winning messaging, creative and proposition

  • Work with the Insight, Sales and Finance teams to understand effectiveness of CRM at a channel and programme level

The person

  • A seasoned CRM specialist with proven experience driving commercial value from CRM channels

  • A Hubspot expert

  • A data led marketer who uses insight to inform future campaigns

  • A great communicator who enjoys partnering with stakeholders at all levels
