As the CRM Manager you will have a strong background in driving acquisition, increasing conversion, improving retention, and stimulating loyalty. This role is extremely varied, no two days will ever be the same!! Within this role you will find yourself being responsible for devising and managing: strategy, planning, creative, budgets and reporting all CRM communications.
Ideal Candidate :
- You will have 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience of customer journey development using test & learn strategies
- Strong analytical skills as being able to report is a must
- You will have experience across multiple email platforms and CRM platforms
- Must be highly experienced in segmenting / data manipulation
- Extensive experience of CRM strategy and campaign management
- A good understanding of Google Analytics and experience in using design programs - Illustrate, Photoshop, dreamweaver
- Experience of using Salesforce CRM systems is a distinct advantage
