There are exciting plans afoot and with that comes the need to hire an experienced CRM Manager as they launch a new product later this year.
The successful hire will lead CRM and email strategies to grow engagement, brand presence and drive revenue growth.
The role
· Own and deliver a best in class email marketing strategy to enhance loyalty and improve LTV
· Own all customer touchpoints both pre and post purchase
· Plan and implement data capture initiatives to develop personas and targeted comms
· Partner with colleagues in ecommerce to refine and improve the customer journey based on data driven insights
· Monitor and report on KPIs, delivering actionable insight to inform future campaigns and optimisations
· Take ownership of multi-channel customer messaging to improve loyalty and LTV
The person
· Someone with a combination of analytical skills, creativity and a deep understanding of CRM.
· Proven experience delivering highly segmented and personalised CRM campaigns
· Enjoys working in a fast paced environment and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty
· Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
