The successful CRM executive will play a pivotal part in the marketing team and influence the CRM strategy going forward.
As the CRM Executive you will work very closely with the CRM manager to create, develop and implement a robust and effective CRM marketing strategy. You will carve out a pioneering marketing CRM plan and alongside the CRM manager, have overall responsibility for implementing an online CRM programme through campaigns and automated marketing, to achieve retention and acquisition communication. You will manage segmentation projects to identify key customer behaviours and target campaigns respectively.
What you'll need:
As the CRM Executive you must be extremely passionate about CRM and have the ability to use Salesforce is a huge advantage for this position. You'll need to have at least 2 years hands on experience within a CRM role being able to talk through the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy.
