The story of this brand is something to be admired, they have secured a leading place in this diverse market to become an instantly recognisable brand with the most loyal customer base.
As they continue to move through the next phase of their transformation project, they are building out key strategic hires and are looking for an interim CRM Manager to join their fantastic Digital Marketing team. This is a 12 month FTC.
The key focus of this role is to support the multi-channel CRM strategy and Communications strategy and improve customer retention and cross sell. Multi-channel management across e-mail, SMS and other communication mediums.
Managing a team of 3 CRM Executives - each focussed on one channel and extremely capable in their roles.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Support the brands overall CRM strategy, tracking it's performance and keeping CRM as a key channel as part of the overall digital strategy.
- Support the growth of the lifetime value of customers, through execution of targeted customer lifecycle activity from acquiring prospects through to managing attrition and reactivation.
- Multi-channel campaign planning and execution, as well as setting up automation and segmentation. Email Marketing / SMS and Push.
- Improve the brands segmentation model and measure results through metrics.
- Support planning in each contact through every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Optimise the retention strategy for the brand, building customer loyalty
- Report on CRM campaign success and improvements and strategic aims. Communicating findings to senior stakeholders within the business
- Confidence in seeing your vision through. Including investment in tech & resource.
- Support of the wider Digital Marketing team, but mentor of 3x CRM Executives
What I am looking for:
- Experience managing an end to end customer campaign strategy, multi-channel. Email, SMS, Pop-Up and Push.
- Strong data & analysis skills. With an eye for design and creative.
- Good stakeholder management skills/ building key relationships.
- Results driven.
