Better Placed are delighted to be working with on of the biggest luxury travel clients who are on the lookout for a CRM Manager to join their dynamic team.
This is heritage brand, on a global scale and across the UK, with commercial profits on a multimillion scale with the success of the business. This brings a lot of development into the marketing team.
This role is hands on, supporting all aspects of their email, direct mail and SMS marketing growth. From creative brief, delivery, and reporting. A real 360 campaign role.

- Building and refining the existing ECRM communications across the full customer lifecycle with ongoing optimisation to meet our commercial targets
- Implementing CRM workflows, personalisation and triggers in the marketing automation platform, considering both digital (ECRM) and offline communication channels including direct mail and outbound call triggers
- Owning the relationship with our ESP / Automation provider and ensuring best use of all available tools and technology
- Build on our existing loyalty programmes and introduce new campaigns including "surprise and delight" activity for our priority clients
- Producing weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership, with clear actionable takeaways or recommendations for new communications / content
