Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with an entrepreneurial start up brand based in York. Due to aggressive growth ambitions they are currently recruiting for a number of roles within their marketing team one of which being this CRM Manager vacancy.

As the CRM Manager you will have previous first-hand experience of developing and implementing a successful CRM strategy as within this role you will manage the delivery of the overall business CRM strategy aligning CRM activity; aimed at driving commercial returns from existing customers whilst improving the retention and stimulating loyalty. You will manage a variety of segmentation projects to identify key customer behaviours making sure you are speaking with other areas of the business to ensure that all customer touch points are effectively used.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and implement various campaigns across push and email to align with the marketing strategy
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance
  • Lead on developing the Single Customer View database and provide insight into customer behaviour
  • Deliver a customer centric approach to all communications
  • Have overall management responsibility for data and external CRM partner, resolving any issues that arise during the implementation of CRM campaigns

Skills / Experience :

  • Previous experience within a CRM role and experienced in data marketing and email marketing
  • Passionate about CRM and great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be a fantastic relationship builder with experience of managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Must have strong understanding of database marketing, data segmentation, data modelling and targeting
  • Sound working knowledge of GDPR and the ability to advise on compliance
