My client are an International Retail Company - that due to growth and team restructures, they are hiring into their hugely important team: CRM!
The main hub operates across the UK Territory, but you may occasionally have global customer segmentation crossovers.
About the role:
This role ideally requires candidates to have CRM marketing and operational experience with an understand of data segmentation (incl micro-segments) and customer loyalty, delivered through CRM systems.
Execution is CRM marketing and operational campaigns is the sole responsibility of this role, as is the analysis of CRM effectiveness in order to create personalised relationships with customers and prospects to drive qualified traffic through the funnel (including funnel-exit strategies).
The CRM specialist champions the customer at all interactions and when representing marketing in governance, project and operational business meetings, and is the subject matter expert for delivering changes to marketing and operational process changes
About you:
-Knowledge of Segmentation, Customer Profiling and a good understanding of journey requirements,
-Experience with Acquisition and Retention Methods
-3 Years+ Working Experience with CRM Systems (preferably Adobe, but not essential)
This role is perfect for CRM Managers/Specialists who are looking for a salary progression, but without the responsibility of managing other people (Not immediately anyway).
