A leading consumer brand are looking for a CRM Executive to join their dynamic team. As well as working on day to day branding email programs, you will bring new communication channels into the mix as they develop their customer engagement and data strategy. As a CRM Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support the CRM Campaign Manager in delivering campaigns across their diverse portfolio of brands
  • Deliver a programme of email content testing, including personalised dynamic content in all customer comms
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to determine the requirements of upcoming campaigns, including receiving/writing briefs, campaign creation, HTML proofing, managing sign-off and presentation of results
  • Ensure campaigns are correctly briefed and that they are GDPR/PECR compliant
  • Analyse existing customer behaviours and identify key customer moments when CRM communications should be executed
  • To collaborate with all digital trading and UX SMEs to support the ongoing development of all digital channels (including websites, email, SMS, social media, apps)
  • To create brilliant relationships with all business divisions and support teams

The ideal CRM Executive will have the following background:

  • CRM campaign experience desirable, in particular email marketing
  • Confident facilitator and stakeholder manager
  • Prior experience in delivering high volume of digital campaigns desirable
  • Experience with managing external/3rd party suppliers
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to spot risks and take proactive action
  • Can build and grow sustainable relationships
  • Good analytical and commercial understanding
  • Literate in Excel and other Microsoft programs
  • Can hold stakeholders/agencies to deadlines
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Understand of GDPR/PECR and its impact on customer communications
