We're working with a well known business based in Hammersmith (hospitality / retail) who need a CRM Executive with about a year's experience in CRM to join their busy team. You will be responsible for various projects and tasks including:
- Building email marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on key metrics
- Engaging with their loyal customers and communicating with them with specific campaigns and messages
- Competitor analysis
- Setting up A/B testing
