To help with their continued growth they are searching for a commercial CRM Copywriter with retail / ecommerce / D2C / healthcare experience to join their team.

The successful candidate will live and breathe conversion-driven content. This role is perfect for someone who understands that great copy doesn't just sound good, it sells.

The role

  • Craft compelling email sequences that nurture leads and drive conversions

  • Write subject lines that consistently beat industry open rate benchmarks

  • A/B test copy elements to continuously improve performance metrics

  • Write scroll-stopping ad copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Develop creative concepts that work across multiple ad formats and audiences

  • Create compelling calls-to-action that drive measurable business results

  • Adapt messaging for different funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion)

  • Write microcopy that guides users seamlessly through conversion funnels

  • Craft compelling product descriptions, landing page headlines, and button copy

  • Create error messages, form labels, and instructional copy that enhances user experience

  • Write onboarding sequences and in-app messaging that drives product adoption

  • Data literacy: Comfortable analysing campaign performance and optimising accordingly
