Better Placed are currently working in partnership with a leading Fintech organisation to recruit a Studio Manager/ Creative Strategist on a 12 month FTC basis to join their award-winning team. You'll be joining a great bunch of people with an equally great culture; the company are incredibly invested in collaboration, work-life balance, learning & development making this a fantastic business to be apart of.

Head offices in central London offering hybrid working; 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH.

The organisation have plans in place to grow their inhouse studio team which currently includes designers, copywriters and freelancers. With this growth, they now require a Creative Strategist to help them elevate their campaign work.

Key Duties:

  • Work with the Brand, Marketing and Studio team to provide creative direction and apply a strategic lens to 'pitching' proposals.
  • Lead brainstorms and shape the direction of creative execution, ensuring strategy is upheld
  • Take the lead on campaign work; be up to speed on industry trends and you'll not be afraid of pushing boundaries.
  • Develop impactful proposals with an emphasis on storytelling.
  • Establish success frameworks, KPIs and reporting for owned projects and workstreams

Key Skills:

  • Ideally you're currently working within an in-house studio creative strategist role already, or within a more junior agency side role, looking at making a step-up.
  • You'll be a confident multi-tasker with demonstrable experience of creative concepting.
  • You'll be naturally inquisitive, with a strong sense of cultural trends and conversations
  • You'll be a strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with different teams.
  • Ability to craft ideas that convey clear and impactful messages.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - the organisation is fast-growing within an ever changing and dynamic industry so you'll need to be comfortable of navigating with these changes.
  • Extremely organised, with impeccable attention to detail and an ability to maintain high standards during bursts of activity.
