This well-established professional services B2B business have experienced some fantastic growth and now they are rapidly expanding their marketing team after some significant investment. They are looking for a Creative Manager to be responsible for driving business growth through market leading brand initiatives.
You will be responsible for a team of designers, ensuring the brand of the group is maintained across all collateral in the business. You will be formulating, implementing and managing the brand strategy and creative output, working alongside the other Heads of Department to maintain and develop the industry leading brand.
The perfect person for this role will have verifiable experience in graphic design, managing a team of designers and be an expert with Creative Suite. But more than that, you will be able to take ownership of the brand presence, be able to take a step back from the design and look at the bigger picture and take ownership of the brand strategy for the business.
