This role is an exciting opportunity to lead a collective group of specialist designers and a award-winning marketing team in a multiple brand approach.

Responsibilities:
- Guiding the creative design team with an omnichannel mind-set. From concept to execution, you'll ensure all creative thinking, development and delivery are aligned with brand strategy, guidelines and pillars
- Collaborating: Working closely with the Senior Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, you'll collaborate to ensure that our creative development resonates with target audiences and drives business growth.
- Working together with the Senior Digital and Senior Visual Designer, you'll continuously assess and enhance our creative processes and output.
- You'll ensure the creative designers fully understand our customer segments, customer journey and touchpoints. This will enable them to create compelling and customer-centric designs.
