This role is officially based in either Surrey or Central London (with flex on being in the office to once a week or once a fortnight depending on meetings / your personal needs / company needs etc.)
A new content marketing manager position has arisen in a global but small recruitment business. We're looking for someone with experience in creating and implementing and rolling out the content strategy and owning the content plan.
In an ideal world you will have been responsible in the past for the above - and worked perhaps with sales people so that you understand the needs to pull together marketing collateral for them (but also in different markets as you will be looking after UK, USA and Germany). You will have translation support when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- managing and implementing the global content strategy
- creating content for presentations (B2B) as well as looking at how to communicate with candidates and clients and in what format, using which tools, communicating in which language, in the hope of receiving click through - sign up and ultimately new candidates and clients for the business
- working with the digital marketing manager and creative freelance team you will report directly to the HOM and will have strong and firm understanding of how to manage this type of role - you will ideally come from a world of professional services but this is NOT essential. If you've worked in any sector (with B2B and B2C experience within content management) that will be fine - but you must demonstrate that you're confident to role this plan to market.
