My client are a leading global retailer and renowned luxury consumer goods brand.

They have created a centre of excellence in the marketing team, and have hired some fantastic talent across Marketing/ Brand, Digital, CRM, Insights & Analytics. They are a brand lead by Marketing but supported by Data - keeping the customer and customer experience as the focus.

Committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and a dynamic work culture, they are looking for a talented Content Manager to join their team in Birmingham (about 10/15 minutes from the centre, hybrid).

Role Overview:
As a Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing their content strategy. Working with the wider Social Media, Brand & Digital role to make sure all content is on Brand and consistent across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and brand goals
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including website, blog posts, articles, videos, and some social media (although team for his)
  • Uphold brand voice and style guidelines across all content to maintain a cohesive and recognisable brand identity
  • Working with the Digital team to make sure where needed, Content is optimised for SEO purposes
  • Where possible, utilise data analytics to measure content performance, track success, and refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in content management, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Multi-channel campaign - working wit delivery teams.
  • An understanding of SEO best practices and content analytics.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.

Location:
Birmingham, with a hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days remote).
