My client is one of the fastest-growing fintech businesses in the UK right now with head offices in central London. In the last 5 years, they have expanded rapidly, growing from 50 people to over 1,100 and with ambitions to IPO in the next few years. They have a number of best-in-class, consumer, and business finance products and are constantly looking to hire great new talent to continue driving growth.

Joining the Acquisition Marketing Team, you'll drive new customer acquisition growth and media spend efficiency through the organisations brands. You'll develop, implement and optimise broadcast and direct marketing campaigns to continuously deliver against the key success measures of customer acquisition volume and cost per acquisition.

You'll be a key part of the broadcast and direct marketing acquisition team, working with the lead agency partners who will help you craft brilliant campaigns. You'll run the campaign development process from brief to evaluation. And you'll review performance data alongside market, customer and competitor insight to help shape future campaign plans.
