About the role

  • Trade Marketing - interpret briefs from the Sales team and work with In-House Designer to deliver all trade marketing materials (such as trade adverts and POS), to help drive growth across our sales channels

  • Category Management - work cross-functionally with Ops, Finance and Sales to own, evolve and grow categories and input into the annual brand plan

  • Sales Support - own the timely delivery of launch and sell-in tools, including interpreting Nielsen data to provide channel/retailer insights, working with Sales to write one-pager sell-in sheets, launch presentations and working with Sales and Ops to compile launch guides

  • Creative - act as an execution and creative bridge between In-House Designer and Sales to deliver best-in-class materials

  • Social Media Management - create buzz around the brand, including the day-to-day overseeing of the external agency to plan, develop, execute and report on an 'always on' calendar of activity, including ownership of paid media budget and ongoing community management

  • eCommerce (Shopify) - own the direct-to-consumer channel, obsessing over sales performance, working with external agencies and Ops to improve the consumer experience, drawing up the promotional plan and working with In-House Designer to keep the content fresh

  • Websites (Wordpress) - work with external agencies to improve our SEO and In-House Designer to keep the UK and global Wordpress websites up-to-date

  • Campaigns - work with In-House Designer to roll out and activate brand-led campaigns across all channels

  • Newsletter - plan, write and deliver engaging newsletters that add value to the lives of our consumers

  • Product Development - be a key player in the product development team, helping deliver product innovation and renovation that supports the five-year business plan

  • PR / Influencers and Brand Partnerships - identify and develop opportunities to work with key press & influencers and to partner with other like-minded brands

  • Customer Care - be the first port of call for all general enquiries and reporting to the wider team on fan feedback

  • Reporting - work with the Head of Marketing to communicate regularly on KPIs

Skills and Experience

Essential

Desirable

· FMCG ABM/BM background with 3-5 years' experience

· Commercially minded with an active interest in sales and profitability

· Confident in reading data (particularly Nielsen), numbers and drawing insights

· Experience working with in-house designers and external agencies and appreciation for the creative process

· A proactive and positive self-starter with the ability to think whilst doing

· Bundles of energy, enthusiasm and pace

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as an effective cross-functional collaborator

· Drinks industry experience

· A blend of Sales and Marketing experience

· An understanding of the major UK grocery channels

· Social Media and Digital Marketing experience including eCommerce

· Copywriting and proof-reading
