Brand Lead - c3-6 month project
Day Rate - £400-£450 a day
Hampshire HQ's - hybrid - must be UK based to be considered for this opportunity
Better Placed are currently working in partnership with an amazing healthcare business as they look to bring on board a Brand Lead to join for a short-term re-brand project, likely to last 3-6 months.
Working alongside of the Head of Brand & Content, the successful individual will be responsible for developing the vision and direction of the brand. You will be a key driver in the execution of the product-led vision and strategy.
The role will be broken into three main areas of responsibility, across all products and audiences:
1) Brand ownership, stewardship, and strategy
2) Creative excellence, leadership, execution, and campaign planning
3) Prioritising & managing workflow into the Brand and Creative team
The Brand & Creative Lead will be closely supported by the Senior Brand Executive, to create and deliver a brand infrastructure, championing the brands and ensuring consistency both across the business and externally. You will ensure that the value of brand is recognised and hold responsibility for embedding the vision across the business and beyond.
Key Requirements:
Experience of working in a regulated business and/or healthcare
Experience of brand management, preferably across a portfolio, including building and growing a credible brand
Self-motivated, energetic, creative and inspiring leader with both a big picture approach and tactical ability, making data-driven decisions with customer-centricity at heart, and a willingness to challenge
