Better Placed are pleased to be working with a well-regarded food business who are looking for a Sales Manager to drive forward the growth of the B2B side of the business, selling their products into other FMCG companies / food manufacturers.
Main responsibilities:
- Business Development to bring on new customers
- Targeting brands and suggesting range additions
- Growing and developing existing customers
- Delivering profitable and sustainable sales growth
- Controlling budgets and forecasting
- Building strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders
- Maintaining daily contact with customer and attending regular face-to-face meetings
- Keeping up with key category trends and identifying new business opportunities
What we need from you:
- Minimum 3 years in account management or business development
- Experience selling B2B to FMCG companies would be preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Highly-motivated to drive your career and development further quickly
- Self-starter who can identify and exploit business opportunities
- Strong track record gaining new business
