The Opportunity
The Assistant Product manager would be responsible for supporting the product development and innovation plans for the entire brand and would report into the Head of Brand.
- Lead and collaborate with key departments internally to ensure launch products from concept to in store, ensuring launches are delivered on time.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to manage NPD packing initiatives for the entire brand.
- Work with consumer insights teams and relevant research agencies to develop product concepts
- Management and ownership of critical paths
- Close co-operation with the Sales team to implement account specific initiatives
- Design briefing and agency liaison including artwork / marketing copy approval
The Individual
The ideal candidate will be degree-educated with marketing experience within an FMCG or Consumer Durable business with strong product development focus.
