My client is looking for an assistant food innovation manager to join their busy and growing team. You will ideally come from the world of restaurants, hospitality and / or FMCG (food). You will have experience in food development and innovation and have a passion for this (this is not for a chef but someone from a marketing background in food innovation).
We need someone who is fast paced, energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate and willing to roll their sleeves up and really get stuck into the fast paced environment.
The role will include:
being focused on research, development, and food-led operations. This position is at the forefront of culinary innovation, driving the creation of new and exciting offerings for their customers.
managing food / menu suggestions and ideas
working with NPD and being able to project manage the journey from idea to creation
