The Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the UK Marketing Manager and UK Brand Managers in the development and delivery of the consumer marketing strategies and activations with the UK route to market. You will report directly into the UK Brand Manager and you will support the delivery of the brands to help unlock opportunities and deliver best in class activations.
- Support the Brand team on the creation and delivery of the 1-3 year brand and innovation plans
- The creation and delivery of the 1 year communication brands
- The marketing budget in line with the agreed spends
- The management and development of NPI projects
- Delivering brand activation plans
- Track competitor activity in the market place to ensure that the plans are competitive
- Lead the artwork approval process for packaging projects
- Support with brand performance monitoring and data tracking
The Person:
- Experience working as a trade, shopper, customer or marketing executive
- Ideally worked within the FMCG market or food related organisation or an agency
- Preferably had agency relationship experience
- Preferably had experience running or managing promotional activities
- Project management and organisational skills are essential
- Communication skills and the ability to communicate across a wide array of stakeholders
