A tech for good agency that pride themselves on the good their work does, are looking for an Android developer to join their team. They've recently won multiple projects with some well-known global charities and not-for-profit organisations and are looking to expand their team to match demand. The list of global clients that they've worked with is impressive and they've won awards for the quality of their work and the help it has achieved.
These upcoming projects are all greenfield in an agile, best practice environment with an emphasis on culture and high standards. The ideal candidate will have a grounding in Kotlin and Java with a desire to learn and develop. You'll be mentored by a Senior Android Developer in a small mobile app team with the chance to work with the latest mobile technologies.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Helping to deliver a range of greenfield mobile projects with global charities and not for profit organisations
* Maintaining the highest coding standards and agile practices
* Developing your skill set, learning and mentoring junior developers
* Finding the best technical solutions to complex problems
* Work on mobile apps that make a difference to people's lives
Skills and Experience:
* Experience of Kotlin and Java
* Delivery of full lifecycle Android mobile projects
* Experience of working in an agile environment
Nice to have:
* React Native
* Jira
