The Role:
Reporting into Digital Director, supported by the wider digital/paid media team. Around 20 people + 3rd party agency support. Specially within Affiliates - an internal team of 4 with future head count (and direct reports to you).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver the Affiliate & Display strategy, driving revenue growth and performance
- Manage £multi-million Affiliate budget.
- Reporting on performance, implementing change when appropriate.
- Work with the agency to manage the entire Affiliate network, planning key campaigns and projects.
- Strengthen existing relationships with all Affiliate partners, continuing to grow these profitable relationships.
- Continue to optimise the Affiliate & Display channels, seeking new innovative opportunities for growth.
- Competitor analysis, ensuring the brand remains competitive.
- Building internal relationships with the marketing (digital) team, trade and conversion team.
