We are currently recruiting for a fresh food business in Yorkshire with a brilliant range of premium products. This company has a strong own-label portfolio, but they are now looking to hire a National Account Manager to lead their branded offering, managing Ocado, M&S, Waitrose and Aldi.
Main responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a commercial Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with the customer
- Gaining new listings for the new range of branded products
- Business Development to bring on new customers
- Delivering profitable and sustainable sales growth
- Controlling budgets and forecasting
- Launching and driving NPD
- Executing all promotional plans for product portfolio
- Building strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders
- Maintaining daily contact with customer and attending regular face-to-face meetings
- Keeping up with key category trends and identifying new business opportunities
What we need from you:
- Minimum 2 years in account management
- Experience working within a food & drink brand is a must
- Experience managing a P&L
- Great communicator both written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Background in stimulating account growth and gaining new business
