As Group Operations Director, my role is all about creating the right environment for people and performance to thrive. I work across the business to optimise systems, help shape strategy and ensure our teams have the tools, processes and support they need to deliver brilliant work for our clients, our candidates and each other.
I joined Better Placed because the values matched how I wanted to work: with honesty, quality and transparency. Since then, I’ve helped evolve how we operate, developing our brand, supporting growth across new markets, and embedding operational excellence across the business.
People are at the heart of everything we do and as an Employee Owned Trust, their experience and engagement is critical to our success. From hiring and onboarding through to recognition and progression, I lead on all things People Operations, building inclusive, high-performing teams and creating a seamless employee journey.
