"Christmas In March"

Last Thursday was an amazing day, a fantastic opportunity to celebrate a number of things and raise a glass or two!
It was an opportunity to all be together for the first time in a while, after COVID slammed the brakes on our first Christmas Party in Dec.
It was Christmas in March for those that couldn’t come in Dec and had to be with us in spirit rather than in person, the day was for them.
For a number of lucky ones, it was Christmas Revisited, but an opportunity to be with the rest of the business to enjoy and celebrate success!
But it was also a day to thank everybody for all their hard work, whilst acknowledging some amazing performances !
It was great to be able to finally :
🚀 Announce the winners of the 2021 annual awards, slightly later than planned but better in person of course !
🚀 Give an update on our 2022 “Fly Away” incentive… who’s on the plane to Dubai already!
🚀 Update the business on the financial incentives of being Employee Owned!
🚀 Update everybody on our “20 Club incentive” remember we are 20 this year J !
A fantastic day and night with everybody on great form!
