Better Placed's Summer Event.... By Zoom this Year!

A different kind of summer event

June is usually a big month in the Better Placed social calendar, with our annual client race day at York and our mid-year business catch-up at the Better Placed Sports Day.

It was disappointing not to be able to hold either event this year, but we will be back bigger and stronger next year.

Bringing the team together

We did not want to let the occasion pass without doing something, so last week the business came together over Zoom, which has quickly become the new normal.

It was a good opportunity to reconnect with colleagues we had not seen face to face for some time, share updates with the wider business and have some fun.

Games and recognition

Play Your Cards Right and Catchphrase both went down particularly well.

Congratulations to Sophie Brocklebank-Fowler, who took the honours. Hopefully your prize has arrived by now.
