About the Proposition Manager role:

In this new and exciting role you will manage the end-to-end development of compelling consumer propositions, you’ll produce full business cases to support proposition development and implementation. Working closely with insight and marketing, you’ll focus on understanding what our customers want, identify trends and make sure this insight informs business decision making. Monitoring and project managing the launch, viability and effectiveness of propositions, you’ll also help shape the wider marketing solutions.

You’ll need experience of product development, ideally gained in a recognised organisation that has a good reputation for a customer-led approach. Highly commercial and analytical, you’ll also excel at identifying the size and scope of a business opportunity, be creative and have excellent project management skills. About the Social and Content Manager:

The Social and Content Manager will be responsible for leading the development of best in class social media and content strategy for a leading financial services organisation, based in the North West.

The duties and responsibilities of the Social and Content Manager include but will not be limited to:

  • Owning and delivering the content plan across all social media platforms
  • Writing content for both blog and email output
  • Leading the creation of the brand tone of voice through social media
  • Researching customer use of products and services for case studies
  • Aid the designers with the establishment of best practise for user experience and customer journey
  • Acting as Social Media Champion across the business, engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Raising awareness of competitor social media activity and wider industry trends/technologies

About the Trade Marketing Executive role:

The Trade Marketing Executive will help to manage and deliver effective strategic retail support across targeted accounts, commanding strong brand stand out at retail and positively influencing the customer journey to contribute to key business KPIs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the roll out of all campaign content and POS quarter, building strong relationships with agencies
  • Manage all Ambassador retail activity, working with the Sports Marketing team to plan and deliver inspiring and engaging events and tailored content for key accounts
  • Work closely with the wider marketing and Commercial Team to deliver key KPIs in line with the business strategy
  • Co-ordinate and assist in the delivery of Visual Merchandising displays
  • Reporting on all the retail activity, budget and PO management

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a degree in Marketing (or similar) discipline with at least 2 years experience within the marketing or retail industry
  • Have a core understanding of shopper needs and ideally the (sports) retail environment
  • Have experience in the design and production of POS/POP
  • Be a strong communicator with a positive can-do attitude
