Our client is a successful FMCG business with some amazing brands that have a cult following amongst consumers! Exciting brands like these need people with passion, energy and drive to tell their story and bring them to life with retailers. Our client is looking for someone with the ability to work with the sales and marketing teams to develop the annual trade and shopper visibility plans.
Reporting to the Trade Activation Director you will support in the development and execution of the trade and shopper marketing strategy, developing a rolling annual visibility calendar across all channels and developing regional and tactical plans to support sales and marketing objectives. You will develop best in class relationships with media agencies and suppliers and will be instrumental in keeping the business up to date with the latest activation tools and trends and will use market data (IRI and Kantar) to evaluate all activity and recommend improvements. You will also work with design agencies to develop first class shopper creative and messages to bring brand plans through the line, creating bespoke trade activity.
You will be an energetic team player with a couple of years proven experience in a trade / shopper marketing role gained within an FMCG or agency setting. Candidates with experience that covers all UK trade channels will have an advantage.
