Customer Proposition Manager – Insurance

My client, an extremely successful and fast-growing retail bank, is seeking two individuals to report in to the head of propositions for cards, who will manage a significant section of the business' portfolio E2E, in order to continue providing a world-class service to their customers, whilst nurturing and generating effective revenue streams for the business as a whole.

As a leading member of the product and proposition team, you will commercially manage the product portfolio. You will define and execute the commercial optimisation strategy for the portfolio, developing, harmonising, retiring and rationalising specific products to optimise profitability and mitigate risk. You will be responsible for ensuring that the business' overall service is well articulated and diverse, maximising coverage of consumer and customer needs.

Working with the insight team, you'll ensure that the organisation has an in-depth understanding of customer behaviour, using it as a guidance for commercial decisions and reviews - which in turn will dictate the creation of a successful portfolio roadmap for short, medium and long term.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate transferable business experience, ideally in a credit-card, or other financial services product. Due to engagement with multiple senior-level stakeholders, it will be crucial that you can demonstrate your previous experience influencing and persuading at the top level.
