About this job

As a Comms Consultant the priority skill-sets/background you need to have are:

Experience of either large complex public sector organisations or large charity

Operating at Head of or Director level

Experience of running a busy press office and extensive experience of how to spring into action during crisis comms scenarios

Strong writer

Proven Internal Comms strategy experience

Strong team leadership experience and development/line management of senior members of staff

Excellent stakeholder engagement experience in a complex environment. Strong gravitas

Ideally but not a deal breaker – digital experience
