Partnership Manager – Loyalty

My client is widely considered as one of the most beloved global brands. Their product portfolio spans across a huge range of propositions: from financial services, to communications, to travel and holidays (and everything in between!). In total, the group has 60 businesses and 53 million international customers.

The business are in the process of building an exciting new startup – a group loyalty function that will tie in to all their business units and products, offering a reward scheme that can be redeemed across any of their brands – but it’ll also be available to for external companies to buy in to (much like the Nectar card).

The company is looking to hire a partnership manager to work with a range of top travel brands. You’ll be responsible for developing the outreach and commercial strategies, building deep, mutually beneficial relationships and ultimately growing the portfolio to a point of critical mass leading up to their launch.

They’re searching for account managers or partnerships professionals with a track record in travel. You’ll need to demonstrate a commercial mindset, an ability to manage a wide range of senior stakeholders and, most importantly, an entrepreneurial flair and a desire to go on an exciting new journey with the business.
