My client is one of the most exciting, fast growing and successful brands in the new wave of consumer led, digital first financial institutions. They’ve grown exponentially in the last few years (from 50 staff to over 300 in their London office) and they have ambitions to IPO in the next few years.
The senior partnerships manager will run the business’ relationships with the big 5 aggregators, whilst line managing one very talented direct report. You’ll run a budget of £20m of commission payments, which makes this the most high profile channel for acquisition in the business. As new products are launched, you’ll work with the partners, building strategies that drive success and move the business further ahead on their steep growth trajectory
My client is looking to hire someone from a relationship management / partnerships function within either financial services, or another regulated industry (gaming, telco, utilties etc). You’ll have a track record in line management, and you need to be able to demonstrate effective, commercially successful partner management.
