Head of Brand
£45,000 – £55,000
Our client is rapidly expanding international eCommerce retailer. This impressive rate of growth has positioned them as the biggest and one of the most recognised retailers of their kind. As a result of continued investment, the marketing team is expanding via the recruitment and development of a talented Head of Brand who shares their vision and passion to take the business to the next level.
You will be focused on delivering the highest levels of marketing, ultimately increasing brand awareness, transactions and profit for the business. In addition you will support on the Brand/ Comms strategy and CRM/ Retention strategy.
This role is key in supporting the businesses continued investment in the customer, ensuring the communication delivered is rigorously tested and relevant to that audience. You will be driven by really getting under the skin of the customer and understanding their behaviours across all key digital acquisition channels (Paid Social, Search, Shopping, Affiliates – managed in house by a Paid Media Manager & Team) and driving an improved life time value (CRM).
A huge focus on Brand, Comms and PR – making a noise about the brand. Using new techniques incluiding display and influencer marketing
You will work with key stakeholders to interrogate web/mobile/analytics data to identify actionable insights and opportunities to improve digital marketing, conversion and retention. You will also focus on measuring and analysing campaign performance across all digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in a senior digital acquisition role in a UK consumer environment, ideally in a retail/ecommerce business.
