My client is one of the best funded retail finance businesses in an extremely fast growing market. They’re in an exciting position to scale – and the Head of Account Management will play a lead role in their continued accelerated growth. Heading up a team of 7, this individual with own complete strategy and delivery for existing partner management across 1,800 merchants, served through both direct and intermediated channels.
The business prides itself on it’s relationships and customer centricity. Predominantly, they serve the mid-cap market (their clients are typically anywhere between £10m to £X00m). The company has put a very significant investment in their customer service and technology, which has led to a NPS in the top 5%.
They’re looking for someone with strong leadership credentials and a track record managing retail risk, with the knowledge to drive extra value out of their existing customer base. It would be highly advantageous to have come from a commercial environment – in addition to a traditional sales role, someone in product or affinity would also be very interesting.
It’s a prerequisite that you have some existing experience in the financial services market – ideally debt / payments but they would also be keen to see candidates from insurance, banking and fintech.
