We are looking for a forward thinking and entrepreneurial Customer Strategy & Innovation Manager to their incredibly talented team in Manchester. This really is a rare opportunity to join a highly reputable organisation that is continually looking to add to their already well established offering.

We are looking for experienced customer centric people. You will love drawing on insight and market data and translating this into exciting, commercially viable products that don’t lose sight of the business’s brand proposition. You will live in the shoes of the customer and develop a tailored customer strategy, ensuring this is delivered effectively via the expert teams around you.

It’s imperative that you’re an excellent communicator, you’ll be influencing at every level and you will need those around you in order to get the job done!
