We’re looking for a super CRM executive – someone with the experience and knowledge to be able to support our client in the development and execution of key marketing campaigns, promotions and strategies across all their CRM touchpoints. If you think this could be you, then do read on!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the global CRM calendar and keep markets up to date with campaign plans to ensure all product, content and functionality launches are captured and co-ordinated
- Manage all CRM global creative and market localisation
- Work closely with the creative studio on email creative
- Manage ad-hoc requests for marketing and promotional campaigns from local markets
- Work with the Web Analytics Manager to ensure all campaign activity is tracked correctly
To be successful you will have:
2 to 3 years’ digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on CRM and campaign delivery and ideally and ideally Experience in using Emarsys or another email platform similar such as Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys or Salesforce.
