If you are an ambitious Account Manager or Customer Success Manager with experience in selling to corporate clients, this is an opportunity not to be missed! You can look forward to working with a range of corporate accounts, dealing predominantly with L&D/HR Directors and your main objectives will be to ensure these accounts renew their subscriptions and ideally with a bit of something extra! You’ll do this by proactively managing the accounts, really understanding what the client wants to achieve and deliver solutions that fit the brief. You’ll need to challenge, enquire and not just be ‘yes’ person as there is often a better strategy to achieve the results your clients are hoping for.

You’ll have a commercial eye and will be responsible for all revenue generation with existing accounts, whether that is a negotiation on a subscription renewal, an up-sell opportunity or referrals across different business units within your client base.

Ideally, you’ll have a couple of years experience in an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager position within a subscription sales or corporate learning background. You’ll need to be able to build rapport, have a good grasp of commercials and exposure to working with corporate clients would be fantastic.
