Brand Manager

Our client is a very successful, global consumer goods business with an instantly recognisable brand portfolio and an impressive track record of growth both in the UK and across Europe. A Brand Manager role has arisen in the European Marketing team, working on some of the most high profile brands in the portfolio.

As a Brand Manager you will act as a brand guardian for your brands, ensuring the brand identity and positioning delivers a strong commercial performance. You will create and execute European wide marketing and ATL campaigns, utilising your first class marketing communication skills in this hands on, pacey role. You will own the brand guidelines, creating compelling seasonal campaigns, translating your vision into excellent briefs for your agency partners. You will work cross functionally with global and local marketing teams to present the strategic vision for your brands, sharing assets and centralised marketing materials to ensure best practice is maintained.

This is a collaborative and creative role that will encompass photography, video content, creation of clear consumer messaging and PR and you will be skilled at analysing the success of your campaigns as well as those of competitors to provide ongoing strategic recommendations. I

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years Brand Management or marketing communications experience gained in a consumer goods marketing team. You will ideally have experience in briefing and managing agencies and working with international marketing teams but these are not essential.
