Day-to-day, you will be receiving data and reports on the solutions and you will be using this information to ensure your clients are getting the most from the platform and are making use of it properly to achieve their objectives. This isn’t a role for a ‘yes person’, you’ll be expected to really get under the skin of the clients, find out exactly what they want to get out of the partnership and provide the right outcomes.
Ideally, you’ll have some experience in managing accounts in a tech or software business. It’s a technical product and it would be great to have some knowledge of this sector. Experience in an Account Manager role within a digital or marketing agency would also be a great fit.
