Due to business growth this well established boutique marketing agency in Northern Quarter need an experienced Account Manager to come and be the glue that holds the agency together.

You’ll be managing clients across retails, lifestyle and leisure sectors, taking care to understand client needs and translating that into clear briefs for the creative team. You’ll be dealing with key stakeholders, managing timescales and budgets. You’ll be very process driven, coordinating teams so that everyone is always on the same page, and exceeding client expectations and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. The autonomy in this role will allow for personal and career development, with important responsibilities from day one and a role in the development and on boarding of new clients.

They need someone with at least a couple of years experience in a creative agency, who is highly organised and very efficient at managing agency processes independently. You need to be bright, bubbly and a joy to have around the office!
