As a mid-level UX Designer, you'll be working in an agile team creating and delivering forward thinking ideas that will improve the experience of over 25 million customers.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to build new experiences for the growing customer base
  • Bring innovative ideas, solve problems and deliver design solutions that centre around the customers' needs
  • Support the Lead UX Designer and Senior UX researcher in crafting the day-today delivery of projects
  • Help to keep/improve the forward-looking and innovative UX culture
  • Advocate for the ever-increasing importance of UX across the wider business


Skills and Experience

  • Experience of user centred design principles and methodologies
  • An ability to conduct competitor analysis & benchmarking, create user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • Experience conducting usability testing is desired but not essential
  • Understanding of the latest tools and software such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to convey complex design concepts clearly
