Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design and development teams to build new experiences for the growing customer base
- Bring innovative ideas, solve problems and deliver design solutions that centre around the customers' needs
- Support the Lead UX Designer and Senior UX researcher in crafting the day-today delivery of projects
- Help to keep/improve the forward-looking and innovative UX culture
- Advocate for the ever-increasing importance of UX across the wider business
Skills and Experience
- Experience of user centred design principles and methodologies
- An ability to conduct competitor analysis & benchmarking, create user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Experience conducting usability testing is desired but not essential
- Understanding of the latest tools and software such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to convey complex design concepts clearly
