This is a really exciting opportunity for a UX Manager (or an experienced UX specialist looking for the next opportunity to grow into a UX Manager position). Our client is a well known retailer based just outside Central London, and they require someone who is really confident int their skills to help grow and develop the team.
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Responsible for the planning and delivery of UX projects across the digital platforms
- Partner closely with the Brand team to ensure quality & consistency of UX and UI throughout the journey
- Conduct user research and synthesize feedback
- Produce and test UX design proposals and prototypes
- Manage and develop the UX and UI Designers. Motivate the team, drive personal development and continuous improvement

You will come to the table with at least 4 years experience in UX design and research, will have ideally managed a team, might have come from a retail background (would be preferable but not essential), knowledge of industry tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin and similar, a broad knowledge of user research methodologies and practices and experience of Agile web development.
