Better Placed are delighted to be working with on of the UK's biggest retail clients who are on the lookout for a Social Media Executive to join their dynamic team.
This is a family-owned heritage brand, with over 60 stores across the UK and a huge ecommerce store. Commercial profits on a multimillion scale with the success of the business which brings a lot of development into the marketing team.
This role is hands on, supporting all aspects of their Social Media marketing growth. From creative brief, delivery, and reporting. A real 360 social campaign role.

Role Responsibilities:
- Execute a social media plan that delivers engagement, follower growth, reach, and increased brand awareness, including keeping up with best practice and emerging technologies, platforms and trends
- Manage the end to end social post production process to deliver high quality, commercially robust and engaging content in line with the brand values and proposition
- Own and develop the social brand persona and guidelines for others e.g. Customer Service to use for responding on social media platforms
- Work with internal (e.g. Creative Services/SEO/PR) and external contributors in the production of post content, and be prepared to write and edit content as required across a variety of media types including occasional image or video editing
